Who we are
MS Digital Producciones (“we”) provides digital invitation and website design services through www.msdigitalproducciones.com. You can reach us through the channels listed in the contact section.
What we collect
- Information you send us: name, email, phone, project type, estimated budget, event date, project description and contact preference, when you fill out the form or message us.
- Project content: text, photos, logos and event or business details you share so we can do the work.
- Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous or aggregated information about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your quote.
- To design, publish and maintain your project.
- To keep you updated on progress.
- To understand, in aggregate, how to improve the site (only with your consent).
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
To run the site we may use providers that process data on our behalf, such as the hosting provider, the service that delivers form messages to our email, WhatsApp or Meta when you choose those channels, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it only loads after you accept it in the cookie notice. You can change your choice anytime through “Cookie preferences” in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Photos and guest information
Digital invitations are pages that anyone with the link can open. We recommend not including sensitive information, such as private home addresses, if you don't want it shared. Photos you send us are only used for your project. We only feature a project in our portfolio with your permission.
Retention and your rights
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information through any of our contact channels.
Minors
This site is intended for adults. Invitations for events involving minors, such as quinceañeras or baptisms, must be requested by a parent or guardian.
Terms of service
Quote and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal describing scope, included features, review rounds, estimated delivery time, price and payment terms. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Client content
You are responsible for owning, or having permission to use, the text, photos, logos and other materials you provide. Delivery times depend on receiving that content on time.
Third-party services
Some projects depend on external services such as domains, hosting, forms, analytics or publishing platforms. Those services have their own terms, costs and availability, which we will explain before you sign up. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.
Payments
Deposits, remaining payments and payment methods are stated in each proposal. Work begins once the agreed deposit is received.
Ownership and portfolio
Once the project is paid in full, you receive the right to use the final design for the agreed purpose. We may show the project in our portfolio and social media only with your permission.

We may update this notice and these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
